STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Welcome to iMent Consulting LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including payments processed through Razorpay. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

General Terms

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including RBI regulations and Razorpay policies.

Services

We offer software development, implementation, and business consulting services. Detailed terms will be provided in specific agreements or invoices.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Gateway: Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment terms are outlined in invoices or contracts.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
  • Security: Follow Razorpay’s security guidelines for safe transactions.

Refunds and cancellation


  • 1. Payment Modes
    • We accept payments through the following methods:
      • Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
      • Cheques
      • Bank Transfers
  • 2. Cancellation Policy

​2.1. Service Agreement Cancellations

      • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to our official email address.
      • Cancellations requested before the commencement of the project will result in a full refund of the advance payment, less any processing fees incurred.

​2.2. Ongoing Projects

    • For cancellations during an ongoing project, refunds will be processed based on the following:
      • Work Completed: Charges for completed milestones or deliverables will be deducted.
      • Advance Payments: Refunds will exclude processing fees and any charges for partial work completed.

​2.3. Subscription Services

      • Cancellations for subscription-based services (e.g., support or maintenance) will be effective from the next billing cycle.
  • 3. Refund Policy

​3.1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
      • Services were not delivered as agreed.
      • Cancellation requests were made before the project commenced or during initial stages.

​3.2. Non-Refundable Cases

      • Payments for completed projects, customized solutions, or consultations are non-refundable.
      • Processing fees for Razorpay, Cheques, or Bank Transfers are non-refundable.

​3.3. Third-Party Purchases

      • Payments made for third-party purchases, such as Odoo licenses or software licenses from other companies, are non-refundable.
      • Clients acknowledge that third-party licenses are governed by the respective company's terms and conditions. Any disputes or refund requests related to these licenses must be directed to the third-party vendor.

​3.4. Processing Refunds

      • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15 working days of approval.
  • 4. Exceptions and Special Cases
      • In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve issues amicably before seeking third-party resolution.
      • For unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, the policy terms may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

RBI Compliance

  • Transaction Limits: Transactions must adhere to RBI guidelines.
  • KYC Requirements: You may need to provide KYC documentation for certain services.
  • Dispute Resolution: Payment disputes will follow RBI’s grievance mechanisms.

Your Responsibili​ties​

  • Account Security: Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Prohibited Activities: Avoid fraudulent or illegal use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and services is owned by iMent Consulting LLP. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts in Surat.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
